The new trio will lead the Global Shapers Warsaw Hub in 2020/2021
After a year full of success and new initiatives, the Warsaw Hub says goodbye to the 2019/2020 board and prepares for the new 2020/2021 board elected in March. We would like to thank Kasia Wszoła, Wiktoria Przybylska and Alessandro Tofani very much for their hard work, commitment and, above all, the heart they put into all our actions.
2020 is a test for our humanity. Many members of the international Global Shapers community are struggling with the social and economical consequences of COVID-19 In such moments, we reach for the wisdom of previous generations, which remind us that we are able to overcome the greatest challenges through community action and solidarity.
In this historic moment, where we are all divided by the invisible thereat of COVID-19, we stand together to keep shaping our shared future. As the members of European Global Shapers hubs we can show that if we #EUnite we can achieve great results.
Warsaw Hub is getting bigger once again!
We are more than happy to announce that since the 1st of July our Hub has gained nine exceptional candidates Maciek Tomecki, Weronika Czarnecka, Sara Pi , Agata Pawlik, Bartlomiej Kot, Anna Frankowska, Gosia Rychlik, Bartosz Czerkies, Paula Clavina!
Did you know that there are 400 Global Shapers Hubs in the world bringing together over 7,500 leaders? Young, creative and active people who work pro bono for local communities. How can you motivate such team to work efficiently despite strong characters and busy calendars?
This year, we have organized and participated in many initiatives, which allowed us not only to advocate our mission widely, but also develop our competences and knowledge and build an even stronger and more coherent team of Global Shapers Warsaw Hub!
