For over 5 years Wiktoria has been involved in various projects around new technologies and innovations. She currently works for Microsoft, where she is building a startup community, scouting and supporting the development of startups from Poland and other CEE countries. Previously, she coordinated one of the most innovative technological projects in Polish retail for Carrefour. Before she found herself in the corporate world, Wiktoria traveled and worked for her projects – as the founder of the now-defunct advertising agency, she cooperated with DUKA, combining business and marketing skills with a passion for food photography. In her spare time, she is more than happy to work with children/young adults (including volunteering in India as part of the AIESEC organization), and to mentor in the area of product/service design and social projects. Wiktoria also leads Global Shapers Warsaw Hub – Community established by the World Economic Forum. She graduated from Lancaster University in the UK, she also studied at the University of Victoria in Canada and the Kozminski University.
